Important Dates

November 15, 2009: Papers, workshops and posters submission deadline.
Nov-December, 2009: Reviewing process.
December 15, 2009: Notification of acceptance to successful authors, and instructions for writing the full paper.
January, 2010: Online registration open.
February 28, 2010: Full paper submission deadline. Papers will be provided unedited to all conference participants by means of complimentary USB flash drives. Full papers sent by the deadline will be reviewed, and 20 of these will be published in the conference proceedings.
March 31, 2010: Registration with Early Bird fee ends.
March-May, 2010: Full paper reviewing process. 20 papers will be selected to be published in the Conference Proceedings.
April 12, 2010: Deadline for the registration.
April 25-27, 2010: Conference.
June 2010: Notification to authors of 20 selected papers with reviewers’ feedback.
September 15, 2010: Deadline to receive revised papers for conference Proceedings.
