Registration and Fees

Registration and hotel booking can be done at the same time by using on-line registration system. The on-line registration system will only display hotels and room types with vacancy at the time of the Conference.

Registration Fee 690 €
Registration ends April 16, 2010.

The registration fee includes the participation in the Conference, the materials, daily coffees and lunches, Get Together Reception and Conference Dinner.

It is recommended that the payment would be made by a credit card. These credit cards are accepted: Amex, Master Card and Visa.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation written notification must be sent to Karelia Expert. There will be no charge for cancellations received before March 15, 2010. There will be a handling fee of 100 EUR for cancellations received between March 15 and March 31, 2010. For cancellations received after April 1 and before April 12, 2010 50 % of conference fee will be refunded. There will be no refund for later cancellations. In case of cancellation you can also appoint your attendance to another person without any extra charge. Cancellation policy concerns also accommodation.
