FINPIN Finnish Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network for Higher Education

 

FINPIN, founded in 2002, is a community of people who are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and its promotion. The main aim of the network’s activities is to work in conjunction with the Universities of Applied Sciences and develop activities in a way that supports entrepreneurship.

Network’s key sectors of operation are:

1. Pre- and business incubation
2. Business succession
3. Entrepreneurship through R&D
4. Entrepreneurial research
5. Entrepreneurial qualification paths for staff members
6. Entrepreneurial pedagogy
7. Internationalisation

Network provides training and consultancy services, arranges seminars and conferences as well as carries out development projects.

Note! Since 2005 Polytechnics have been called Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) in Finland.
